I extend my deepest sympathy to the families of victims of this dreadful atrocity. I am quite sure that that sympathy is shared by people all over the world.

Naturally, I condemn without reservation the people who carried out this terrible atrocity. They are clearly the enemies of humanity, as they have no respect whatsoever for the most fundamental right of all — the right to life.
